It is a requirement to provide suitable and sufficient training in the use of any Personal Protective Equipment. For fall arrest techniques, users must be able to use the equipment in a safe manner and be aware of the limitations of this equipment. We have designed this short course to cover the basic information a user would need in order to use a full body harness and fall arrest lanyard safely.

Those requiring a more in-depth knowledge of fall arrest, work restraint and work positioning should attend our 1 day Work at Height course (course code LT10).
