Over the years, Lyon Equipment has hosted a number of Technical Symposiums and Workshops aimed predominantly at the work at height and rescue sector. Our most recent event, based at our Training Centre at Tebay and our outdoor training venue at Lune's Bridge Gorge, was held in late February. The two-day workshop was fully booked very early on, with over 40 delegates from all over the UK attending.

Week commencing 8th February 2016 we were notified of a safety notice issued by AustriAlpin dated 14th January 2016. The safety notice concerns a buckle that is used as a component in some of our products and requires an inspection.
Very small quantities of the COBRA® buckles manufactured by AustriAlpin have been found to be riveted incorrectly (0.0000005% = 1 out of 2 million).
