How it works.

1. Send us your order by fax or e-mail and artwork by e-mail (quoting your order reference). EPS or Adobe Illustrator file preferred but JPEG is acceptable.
2. We process your artwork and send you a proof copy with a unique reference number for your design.
3. If this meets your requirements sign and return it (if not, contact us).
4. Production will start and your helmets will be dispatched.

For repeat orders simply quote the design reference (there is no need to re-send artwork).

Please note:

• Your design must fit within the standard templates on the following pages.
• Clear background is standard and so certain colours may not stand out.
  • See our recommended helmet colour choices on the proof or
  • Ask for a white background
• Print resolution is 300 Dpi.
• Solid colours only.
• Exact colour match cannot be guaranteed.
• Reflective print is not possible but a reflective background is.

Once proof is signed and returned any subsequent changes will be chargeable. Once helmets are made they cannot be returned (unless under warranty). For large quantities (200 +) contact us for a specific quote.
