Shauna Coxsey

The Usual ... I have been climbing since the age of four. My family do not climb – it was Catherine Destiville a french free climber that inspired me. I sat on my fathers knee only three years old and was totally fascinated by the sport. At first climbing became a hobby but it quickly moved to becoming my sport, passion and life.

My dream and ambition is to become a professional climber, I want to push myself as far as possible in  both competitions and on rock. I hope to be able to dedicate my life to the sport, training for the World Cup circuit and for outdoor climbing.
